Move Mountains

Move Mountains has been organized by the Adventist Development and Relief Agency (ADRA) in Nepal. ADRA is a global network of humanitarian organizations that is currently working in more than 100 countries all over the world. During Move Mountains, several adventurers are trekking to the Mount Everest Base Camp to create awareness and raise money for the women of Nepal. The trek begins on March 31 2010. The money that the trekkers raise will be used toward a project to empower women in Nepal and to equip them with leadership skills to give them a chance to improve the world they live in.
